Terms of Service
This is the agreement between you and Corefolio. Please read it before you sign up.

1. Who we are
Corefolio is a trading name of Amiera Nadzira binti Senon, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia under registration number 202403340122 (IP0603706-H), with its registered address at 81 Jalan Lingkaran, Taman Sri Lambak, 86000 Kluang, Johor. In this document “we”, “us” and “Corefolio” mean that business, and “you” means the person or business using the service.
By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Corefolio.
2. What Corefolio provides
Corefolio gives you a website at your own address ({yourname}.corefolio.my), tools to manage your menu and design, and a way for your customers to place orders with you.
Corefolio is software, not a party to your sales. Every order placed through your site is an agreement between you and your customer. We do not prepare, sell, deliver or guarantee any food or product, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, pricing or fulfilment of anything you sell.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for everything done through your account.
- One business per account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
- You must be legally able to enter a contract, and must hold any licence or approval your business requires under Malaysian law.
4. Trial, fees and payment
- New accounts get a free trial of 3 days. No payment is required to start, and you are not charged automatically when it ends.
- After the trial, Corefolio costs RM99 per month, or RM1010 per year. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Subscription payments are collected by ToyyibPay, our payment provider. We never see or store your bank or card details.
- Payment is for a fixed period and is not pro-rated. Paying before your period ends extends it; paying after it has lapsed starts a new period from the date of payment.
- Fees already paid are not refundable, except where Malaysian law requires otherwise.
- We may change our prices. If we do, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you may cancel rather than accept the new price.
5. What happens if you stop paying
These are the exact rules the system applies, so there are no surprises:
- When your trial or paid period ends, you get a grace period of 24 hours. Your website stays online during that time.
- After the grace period, your public website is replaced with a short placeholder page. Your menu, photos and orders are not deleted.
- You can always sign in to your dashboard, even while your website is offline, so that you can pay and restore it.
- Paying brings your website back immediately, with your content as it was.
- If an account stays unpaid for an extended period we may delete its data. We will give you notice by email before we do.
6. Your customers and their personal data
This section matters, so it is worth reading carefully.
When a customer places an order on your site, they give their name, contact number, delivery address and a payment receipt. That information belongs to your relationship with that customer, not ours. Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you are the data user for it. Corefolio only stores and processes it on your instructions, as your data processor.
This means you agree to:
- Use your customers' information only to fulfil their orders and to serve them, and not to sell or pass it to anyone else without their consent.
- Keep it confidential and handle any request a customer makes to see, correct or delete their information.
- Comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any other law that applies to your business.
We will process that information only to run the service for you, and will not use your customers’ data for our own marketing. How we handle data generally is set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Payments between you and your customers
Customers pay you directly, by DuitNow transfer to the QR code you upload, and send you a receipt as proof. That money never passes through Corefolio. We do not hold it, verify it or guarantee it.
Checking that a receipt is genuine, and deciding whether to accept an order, is entirely your responsibility. Any dispute, refund or chargeback is between you and your customer.
8. What you may not do
- Sell anything illegal under Malaysian law, or anything you are not licensed to sell.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is false, misleading, obscene or offensive.
- Impersonate another business, or use a web address designed to be mistaken for one.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to Corefolio or any other business's data.
- Resell or sublicense Corefolio to anyone else.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious — illegal goods, fraud, or an attempt to access another business’s data — we may do so immediately and without notice.
9. Your content
Your menu, photos, logo and business details remain yours. You give us permission to store, display and reproduce them only so far as is needed to run your website and the service. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You confirm you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
10. Referral programme
Where we invite someone to refer new businesses to Corefolio, commission is calculated on confirmed subscription payments and paid manually at our discretion. Commission is not payable on refunded or reversed payments, or on referrals we judge to be artificial. We may change or end the programme on notice.
11. Availability and our responsibility
We work to keep Corefolio running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Services we rely on may fail, and maintenance sometimes requires downtime.
To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Ending the agreement
- You may stop using Corefolio at any time. Your website stays online until the period you have paid for runs out.
- You may ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to the address below.
- We may end this agreement on reasonable notice, or immediately if you breach these terms seriously.
- Sections that by their nature should continue — your content permissions, liability, and governing law — continue after the agreement ends.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use Corefolio after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
